Our People
Our farming group is run by great people from twelve different nationalities, and we love it! We hail from the Netherlands, Ireland, Philippines, India, Nepal, South Africa, Zambia, Brazil, Chile, Sri Lanka, Estonia and New Zealand. All these different backgrounds make for interesting conversations, and we all value each other. Our organisational structure is flat; we work alongside, rather than having a pyramid style structure with many different organisational layers. We adhere to our values strongly and do what we can to create a workplace where people feel safe, inspired, noticed and valued.
Great People
TEAL
This new management structure does away with hierarchy; team members are encouraged to make their own decision and to act as they see fit. We pursue wholeness and harmony rather than climbing a ladder that might or might not be leaning against the right building.
We have currently have 3 of our dairy farms working with this management structure, though each farm runs it in slightly different ways.
